Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Within the Philippines
We ship nationwide through reliable local couriers. Estimated delivery times:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Provincial areas: 4–8 business days
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. Delivery times vary by destination and may take 7–21 business days. Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs processing.
Incorrect Address
